Juice is almost junk food. Whole fruit is much better. But, habits die hard. A nice way to drink less juice is to dilute it with water. You can:
- Dilute it with seltzer
- Dilute it with water
- Make juice ice cubes
Juice cubes are nice because they tend to be very pretty and decorative. Instead of seeming like you’re drinking weak juice (boring), it’s more like you are drinking fancy water.
Don’t go overboard: no more than 4-6 oz juice/day for kids and 6-8 oz juice for adults.
